How do I open webmail?
Open webmail and sign in with your complete email address and mailbox password. Your administrator account is separate.
OPEN WEBMAILCan I use a phone or desktop mail app?
Yes. Use IMAP for incoming mail and SMTP for outgoing mail. Enter your full email address as the username and use your mailbox password.

Outgoing mail also requires authentication. Keep your existing mail backed up before changing an old account's settings.
Why is administrator access separate?
The management panel is for authorised administrators. Cloudflare Access checks your identity before the management login appears. For everyday email, use Webmail instead.
